PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity by preventing water in a water tank from splashing out of an air substitution hole because of ironing action. SOLUTION: A water fill opening lid 18 freely openably closing the water fill opening 14 of a water tank 9 is provided with a cylindrical body 17, and a projecting wall 20 is formed to surround a small hole 19 provided inside the cylindrical body 17. A closing element 22 abutting against the end face of the projecting wall 20 to form a circulating part at a different position from the small hole 19 in the water fill opening lid 18, and made of an elastic flexible material so as to block the circulating part and the small hole 19 by means of the projecting wall 20, is inserted inside the cylindrical body 17.
