PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a safe ball processing device. SOLUTION: A case 21 mounted on the frame plate of a Pachinko (Japanese pinball game) machine is provided with a pivot 21f extending perpendicular to the back face of the Pachinko machine, and a dispensing member 23 is reciprocated and rotated about the pivot 21f by a drive mechanism 24. The dispensing member 23 is provided with a guide part 23d having both a receiving part 23b for receiving safe balls and a curved guide face 23c for guiding the safe balls in the direction away from the frame plate. When the dispensing member 23 is rotating downward, the passage of the safe balls is blocked by the receiving part 23b, and when the dispensing member 23 is rotating upward, the blocking of the safe balls received is canceled and the guide face 23c is raised to narrow the entrance of a dispensing path 21d.
