PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared rays radiating bath by using particles such as ceramics that become infrared radiators after being heated by warn water. SOLUTION: An infrared rays radiating bath has a bathtub 3 spread all over with particles 2 that become infrared radiators after being heated by warn water, a reserving water tub 4 disposed at the lower side of the bathtub 3. The bathtubs 3, 4 are connected with a circulation pipe 8 to circulate warm water between the both tubs 3, 4 by an operation of a pump 7 disposed to the circulation pipe 8. A pouring water means 6c for pouring fresh water into the reserving tub 4 is further disposed and the reserving tub 4 has a constitution 17 that allows an amount of water equivalent to the amount of poured water to overflow from the pouring means 6c.
