<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of maintenance and inspection works by reducing adjustment sections in a clearance between a lining and a disc of a brake. SOLUTION: Brake is released by conducting electricity into a magnet coil (core) 8 and absorbing an armature 7. Moreover, in the adjustment of a clearance between linings 4, 5 and a disc 1, a part of a caliper 9 has a floating spring to operate the caliper 9 in the left direction in the drawing in a fixed base (pedestal) 10 part provided with a fixed dimension L. Consequently, the adjustment of the clearance dimension becomes possible by setting a dimension of a clearance between the armature 7 and the core 8 to 2G and setting a dimension of a clearance between the caliper 9 having an integral structure with the core 8 and the pedestal 10 to G dimension. Consequently, it is possible to eliminate the adjustment of the floating spring by providing an adjustment bolt in a caliper 9 part and simplify the adjustment work of the clearances.</p> |
