POLYETHYLENE-BASED RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene-based resin composition having excellent environmental stress-crack resistance(ESCR), high temperature fuel oil resistance, low temperature impact resistance and interlayer adhesion strength. SOLUTION: This polyethylene-based resin composition comprises (A) 60-95 wt.% of a polyethylene resin obtained by modifying polyethylene resin having a density of 0.850-0.970 g/cm3 and a MFR of >=0.01 g/10 min with an unsaturated carboxylic acid and its derivative and (B) 40-5 wt.% of an ethylene.α-olefin copolymer resin produced using a metallocene catalyst and having a density of 0.850-0.910 g/cm3 and a MFR of >=0.01 g/10 min.
