摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annealing method, in which annealing condition switching from a preceding product to a succeeding product is quickly completed even though the length of a dummy part which connects preceding/succeeding products is short and a material defect of the tip part of the succeeding product is not caused, by conducting furnace temp. control for the product part and combustion load control for the dummy part. SOLUTION: The combustion load MV of the dummy part is calculated so that the combustion load MV1 on succeeding product is predicted from the combustion load MV2 on the preceding product and MV is multiplied by an adjusting coefficient (α). The formula denotes; H: plate thickness, W: plate width, V: passing speed, affix 1: preceding product, affix 2: succeeding product. The coefficient (α) is different depending on the kind of furnace, the kind/size of preceding/succeeding products, or the like, and is required to be decided in experiment, and it is adjusted to (α=0.93) in order to coincide a formula value for a dummy material, thus a furnace temp. variation is extremely small. There is no response lag due to combustion load control to keep a combustion load constant, the furnace inside is made suitable to a succeeding product regardless of a length of a dummy material, thus furnace disturbance is minimized to improve productivity and to reduce energy.
