PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrain a heavy load tire from causing punching specially remarkably in the intermediate block row and from uneven wear on the heel-and-toe and the like as maintaining wet running performance as well as wear resistance of a conventional all-season tire. SOLUTION: A heavy load tire is divided into a central block row R1, intermediate block rows R2, R2, and shoulder block rows R3, R3 by four or more longitudinal main grooves G(G1, G2) and lateral grooves Y(Y1 to Y3). Lateral grooves Y1, Y3 in the central block row R1 and the shoulder block row R3 are composed of straight grooves 9, 10. The lateral groove Y2 in the intermediate block row R2 is composed of a circular are groove 11 including the circular arc center in the intermediate block row. The block in the intermediate block row Y2 includes longitudinal sipes extending near the outer fringe of the block and lateral circular arc sipes extending from the inner fringe substantially in parallel to the circuit arc groove 11 and interrupted by the longitudinal sipes. |
