PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide copolymerization compositions which possess the properties of polypeptides and silicone compounds together and are additionally endowed with other properties based on silane compounds, and can be produced in an aqueous system. SOLUTION: This silane compound copolymerized composition is prepared by polycondensing at least one organic silane compound represented by the formula: R1(3-m)Si(OH)mA-B (wherein m is 2 or 3; R1 of (3-m) is an alkoxy, H or 1-3C alkyl; A is a coupling group such as methylene and propylene; and B is a hydrophilic organic group) with at least one silane compound represented by the formula: R2nSi(OH)pY(4-p-n) (wherein n is 0-2; p is 2-4; n+p<=4; R2 is an organic group whose carbon atom bonds to the silicon atom; and Y of (4-p-n) is an alkoxy, H or siloxy) in an aqueous solution and then, adding one or more silane compounds represented by the formula: R33nSi(OH) (wherein R3 is an organic group whose carbon atom directly bonds to the silicon atom) to the resulting condensed product.
