PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive a resource conservation and a low cost by coloring and mask coating a sealer wash coating and conceal coating surface of a plywood, sequentially intermediately coating and intermediately grinding the upper surface of the plywood, then directly printing the surface of the plywood with a woodgrain or other pattern, and top coating the surface of the plywood. SOLUTION: A surface of a plywood is coated with a colored wood sealer formed by adding a brown coloring pigment to a polyurethane wood sealer, sealer wash coated, and mask coated. Then, the resultant surface is colored and mask coated. In this case, the surface of the plywood is coated with a paint obtained by dissolving a binder and a brown coloring pigment in a thinner by a sponge coater. After the paint is dried, the surface is intermediately coated. Here, the upper surface is coated with an ultraviolet curable resin. Further, the upper surface is intermediately polished by a wide bend sanding equipment or the like. Then, a woodgrain or other pattern is printed on the polished surface by using a woodgrain transfer machine or the like, and the upper surface is eventually coated with a lacquer or the like as a stop coat.
