PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the rotation of a wind direction member accurately and easily at a low cost by setting the rotation angle of the wind direction member for the rotation in the reverse direction larger by the prescribed angle than for the rotation in the forward direction, and setting the rotation end position on the reverse direction side of rotation before forced rotation as the reference rotation end position. SOLUTION: When selector switches 58a, 58b are turned on, the rotary shafts of stepping motors 42a, 42b are continuously rotated in the forward and reverse directions at the prescribed rotation angle. A plurality of horizontal blades 16 and vertical blades 22 are continuously rotated in the forward and reverse directions at the maximum rotation angle starting from reverse direction side reference rotation end positions. The numbers of pulse signals inputted to the four-phase coils of the motors 42a, 42b when angle adjusting knobs 60a, 60b are operated are set so that the number for the rotation in the reverse direction is made larger by five pulses than the number for the rotation in the forward direction, for example, the blades are rotated in the reverse direction more than in the forward direction, and wind direction controllability is improved.
