MULTILAYERED FILM OR SHEET MADE OF OLEFINIC RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the scratch resistance, heat resistance and cutting propefrties of a film or sheet comprising an ethylene/methyl methacrylate copolymer resin or an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin without losing the high frequency welder aptitude originally possessed by the film or sheet. SOLUTION: A multilayered film is obtained by forming outer layers 12(a), 12(b) comprising an olefinic resin based on or/and an ethylene/octene copolymer with a density of 0.91-0.93 g/m3 on both surfaces of an intermediate layer 11 comprising an olefinic resin based on a resin selected from an ethylene/(meth) acrylic ester copolymer resin and an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin.
