PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove pressed water generated at the time of molding and to prevent a return of the water at the time of mold releasing by forming a flow of the air between a mortar and an upper mold. SOLUTION: A check valve 2 is provided in transfer suction piping 1. The valve 2 is opened by a negative pressure generated in the case of pressure reducing, sucking and removing pressed water, and not opened in the case of transferring a molding material. When the valve 2 is opened, the air 3 is fed from the valve 2 between a mortar 4 and an upper mold 5 through the piping 1, and a flow of the air 3 is formed thereat. The flow of the air 3 passes from the piping 1 between the mortar 4 and the mold 5, and is directed toward dehydrating suction piping 6. A closability in a form is lowered, the pressed water from the mortar 4 generated at the time of press molding is smoothly fed through the piping 6, and exhausted together with the air 3 out of the form. Thus, the water can be effectively removed at the time of press molding, and in the case of mold releasing, a back flow of the water into the form can be prevented.
