PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which enables everyone, for example, a pupil, and an inexperienced adult to drill wood, plastic or the like easily. SOLUTION: A shaft turning arm 2 is fixed to a shaft 4 by a set screw 10, and a knob 1 is fitted to the shaft turning arm 2. A drill 5 is fitted to the shaft 4, and a support 6 is fixed on a base 9. A pan supporting arm 8 is fitted onto the support 6 and fixed by a set screw 12. A shaft supporting arm 3 is fitted onto the support 6 and fixed by a set screw 11.
