<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater stirring aerator with which installation and removal are easy. SOLUTION: This underwater stirring aerator has a submersible motor 17 which is operative by being submerged in the treated liquid in a treating vessel, a casing 15 which is connected with this submersible motor 17, an impeller 11 which is rotatably housed in this casing 15 and is constituted to be rotationally driven by the submersible motor 17 and an air supply pipe 21 which is fixedly connected at one end to the casing 15 and releases compressed air into the treating liquid passed through the inside of the casing 15 by the impeller 11. The air supply pipe 21 is so constituted that the pipe is substantially rigid and that the other end is substantially fixed to the treating vessel 26. The aerator has the air supply pipe 21 fixedly connected at one end with the casing. This air supply pipe 21 is substantially rigid and since the other end thereof is substantially fixed to the treating vessel, the air supply pipe 21 substantially rigidly fixes the casing to the treating vessel.</p> |
