<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a chemical for grouting consisting essentially of finely granular calcium hydroxide or finely granular cement and water glass, especially a chemical for impregnation into water permeable ground such as sandy soil, etc. SOLUTION: In this chemical for impregnation into ground comprising water glass and a reagent as main materials, the water glass has >=2.8 molar ratio (SiO2/Na2O) and the reagent is finely granular calcium hydroxide satisfying the requirement of (1) <=2 micron average particle diameter, (2) >=80 wt.% of powder having <=2.5 micron particle diameter and (3) <=10 wt.% of powder having >=3.5 particle diameter. The chemical further contains, if necessary, finely granular cement and fine granule slag. Otherwise, the water glass has >=2.8 molar ratio (SiO2/Na2O) and the reagent is finely granular cement having <=2 micron average particle diameter. The chemical contains, if necessary, finely granular calcium hydroxide and finely granular slag as the reagent.</p> |
