PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to excellently maintain right front and downward visibility of an operator by devising the layout of a hydraulic oil tank and a fuel tank arranged sideways of an operating room cab in a narrow swivel type construction vehicle. SOLUTION: A hydraulic oil tank 9 and a fuel tank 10 arranged to the other side of an operating room cab 5 are placed on both sides of a boom 7 side by side. In that case, a shape of the upper surface of a housing 18 covering the hydraulic oil tank 9 and fuel tank 10 is formed in the shape of a slope bent forward or a step bent forward in front of the hydraulic oil tank 9 and fuel tank 10.
