PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit safe transportation at the time of running by providing an arm capable of rising and lowering by a stabilizer cylinder and a connection device which is provided at a tip of this arm provided between the arm and a pressing body capable of pressing an object to be handled from above, and supports the pressing body for the arm so as to swing and travel. SOLUTION: An arm 4 capable of rising and lowering for a substrate 2 consists of a pair of right and left arm plates 10 shaped substantially like arc and a connection plate connecting them and is attached to an upper front part of a movable body 11. A stabilizer cylinder 5 operating the arm 4 is provided between the substrate 2 and the movable body 11 to raise and lower the movable body 11 and the arm 4 due to its expansion and shrinkage, and an object to be handled is pressed from above by a pressing body 6 like a rectangular plate provided at a tip of the arm 4. A connection device 7 provided between the arm 4 and the pressing body 6 is supported by a guide groove 16 guiding a support shaft 15 of the pressing body 6 for the arm 4 so as to swing around an axis in the right and left directions and travel in the forward and backward directions.
