METHOD FOR ADMINISTERING REAGENT TO CELL NUCLEUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for administering a reagent into a cell nucleus by controlling diffusion of the reagent transduced to a cytoplasm through nucleus membrane pits. SOLUTION: This method for administering a reagent to a cell nucleus is to (1) prepare a molecular weight-controlling administration reagent having a photo-cleaving radical by bonding the reagent with a large molecular weight component through the photo-cleaving radical, (2) transduce the molecular weight-controlling reagent into a cell, (3) irradiate the cell by a light and photo- cleave the photo-cleaving radical of the molecular weight-controlling reagent to isolate the reagent and (4) diffuse the isolated reagent into the cell nucleus through cell nucleus membrane pits.
