摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new compound useful as a charge transfer material having a high transfer degree and giving stable organic thick films, even when used in a high concentration, and suitable for producing high performance electrophotographic photosensitizers. SOLUTION: A compound of formula I [Ar1 and Ar2 are each an aryl; Ar3 is an aromatic group of formula II or III (R1 and R2 are each H, a 1-4C alkyl or the like), provided that the position of the amino group is the meta-position or the para-position, when Ar3 is phenylene], for example, 4,4'-bis(N-3",4"- methylenedioxyphenyl-N-phenylamino)biphenyl.
