PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an automatic removing work of oxidizing slag and sputter at a welding surface of a flange and a web of a lounge and the vicinity and a flange end face by providing first and second blast nozzles projecting grinding materials into welding bead of the lounge and steel plate and the vicinity and welding bead of the flange and the web of the lounge and the vicinity. SOLUTION: A chamber 6 surrounding a part of a lounge 101 has grinding material supplying, collecting and separating functions and a dust and grinding material scattering prevention function. A pair of first blast nozzles 23 projecting grinding materials into welding bead of the lounge 101 and steel plate 102 and the vicinity are fixedly provided on the chamber 6. A pair of second blast nozzles 24 grinding welding bead of a flange and a web of the lounge 101 and the vicinity are provided so that a distance from the flange and the web may be adjusted. As necessary, a third blast nozzle 25 grinding a flange end face is provided. Each nozzle is connected to a blast tank 20 by a grinding material transport hose 22.
