METALLIC VACUUM DOUBLE WALL CONTAINER AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a metallic vacuum double-wall container and its manufacturing method by which a vacuum in a vacuum heat insulating layer is not damaged and metallic parts to be installed to an external container are obtained with excellent work efficiency. SOLUTION: A metallic internal container 3 is stored and arranged with a gap 5 in the metallic external container 4 which is a little larger than the container 3, the gap 5 of a double-wall container where the respective opening parts 3a and 4a of the internal and external containers 3 and 4 are superimposed and integrally joined is made to be the vacuum one in a metallic double-wall container main body 2. The necessary metallic parts to be installed such as a handle engagement member, a lid member rotation pivotally-supporting member 9M or a water pouring beak part 10M are arranged in a superimposed part 6 in the opening part P of the internal and external containers 3 and 4 in the container main body 2.
