PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock system for a tape storage case which prevents a tape in the case from being stolen and also prevents the case itself from being stolen. SOLUTION: The lock system comprises a tape storage case 10 comprising a case main body 11 and a cover 12 and having, in the fronts of the case main body 11 and cover 12, connecting holes 14 which run through when the cover is closed. The lock system further comprises a lock plate 20 having projections 21 which lock the case 10 by being inserted in the connecting holes 14, and a releasing implement 30 having keys 31 which release the lock by being inserted into the key holes of the lock plate 20, and the lock plate 20 can be detached only with the release implement 30. Also, on the inside of the lock plate 20 an alarm label 22 is affixed, and when the case 10 with the lock plate 20 attached to it is passed through a system, an alarm device is actuated. |
