<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a calculating time and improve a calculating accuracy by simplifying a calculation by a method wherein the shape of a molding is grasped two-dimensionally. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with an analyzing model forming part 1, in which analyzing models are formed by dividing the shape of a molding in strata along the direction of the thickness of the molding, a flow analyzing part 2, in which the change of the flow of a molding material in an injection process is calculated through the execution of the analysis of filling or of the analysis of filling and the analysis of dwelling and flowing in every analyzing model formed by this analyzing model forming part 1, a first calculating part 3, which calculates the filling region of each analyzing model by calculating the distribution of the arrival times of virtual particles on the basis of the result of the analysis at the flow analyzing part 2, and a second calculating part 4, which calculates the filling region of a three-dimensional core layer resin by piling up the calculated filling regions in the direction of the thickness of the shape of the molding.</p> |
