<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycle system for coating in which coating mist is caught/recovered, in order to prevent the drying/fixing of coating mist and coating during the stop of operation including night and holidays, it is unnecessary to arrange mist catching members on the whole surface of a suction hood, the installation of the mist catching members can be concentrated to a recovery tank and the suction opening part of a partition plate, the mist catching member is compact to decrease the number of its constituents, and impellers can be attached/detached simply to make maintenance easy. SOLUTION: In a passage of an air current containing coating mist, a suction opening 4 in which a coating tank is installed in the upper part, and a partition plate 3 is installed in the lower part is installed, impellers 5 arranged attachably/ detachably in the suction opening 4, while the lower parts are immersed in the liquid of a recovery tank 2 in turn in order to keep the surfaces always wet, are rotated by a driving device. The adjoining blades of the impeller 5 form a route which changes the passage of the air current forcibly, and the coating mist which did not adhere to a substrate is made to adhere the blades to be recovered in the coating in a coating tank.</p> |
