COLD-RESERVING CASE FOR FOOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shelf or cold-reserving agent from interfering with entry/ removal of food in a case equipped with the cold-reserving agent placed on the shelf connected to tips of a pair of side plates. SOLUTION: One of side plates 13 of a pair of side plates 12, 13 with a top plate 15 having a handle plate 17 at a tip connected is allowed to open sideward, wherein food is housed inside or taken out of the inside through an opening formed when the side plate is thus opened. The housed food is cooled by cold-reserving agent 50 on a shelf 36.
