PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endscope device which can accurately measure a position of the tip of an insertion portion of an endscope and has good operability and manipulatability. SOLUTION: A processing tool insertion portion 22 of an operation portion is provided with a fixed end member 33 inserted into it and a fixed end member arrangement bore 22b communicating with a processing tool channel 29, and a peripheral groove 22c constituting a fixing means is formed on the way of this end member arrangement bore 22b. The fixed end member 33 of a position detecting catheter has an approximately pipe-shape having a through hole through which a position signal cable 34 is passed, and is constituted with an insertion portion 35 inserted into the end member arrangement bore 22b and a peripherally projecting portion that is placed on the way of the insertion portion 35 and is locked into the peripheral groove 22c. Length of a shaft 32 is preset for length of the processing tool channel so that a magnetic source arranged at a tip of the shaft 32 projects from the tip.
