PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a torque from acting on a water supply pipe when a faucet is connected to an elbow by fitting the elbow to the shorter side of a fixing member and fixing it thereto and fitting the longer side of the fixing member to a building frame body and fixing it thereto. SOLUTION: A water supply pipe P is connected to the inlet 5 of an elbow member 4 in advance. In this state, the elbow member 4 and a fixing member 9 are fixedly fitted so that the fitting seat 8 of the elbow is positioned at the shorter part 11 of the inside of the folded part 10 of the fixing member 9 and the outlet 6 is positioned in the direction crossing the folded part 10 at right angles to face the front. Subsequently, metal fittings 16 are screwed in a crosspiece 2 to fixedly attach the fixing member 9. Thereafter, a wall member is stuck on the part except the outlet 6 of the elbow member 4, on studs 1, and a faucet and the like F is screwed in the outlet 6 of the elbow member 4 to be connected thereto. When screwing it, a specified torque acts on the elbow member 4 but the force is transmitted to the crosspieces 2 through the fixing member 9 and it does not act on the water supply pipe P and hence, the water supply pipe P is prevented from being deformed or damaged or from water leakage and further it can withstand a strong torque.
