PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit an aspirator main body to a unit case rotatably and simply by coupling the support tube section of the aspirator main body with the fitting hole of the unit case, and connecting a connection portion of the support tube section and a base tube section in a spherical joint shape. SOLUTION: A groove section 11b capable of being irregularity-coupled with the opening edge section 7a of the fitting hole 7 of a unit case 1 is formed on a support tube section 11. The connection portion of a base tube section 12 and the support tube section 11 is formed into a spherical projection T, and the inner periphery of the support tube section 11 is formed into a spherical recess R capable of being irregularity-coupled with the spherical projection T so that the spherical projection T and the spherical recess R can be connected in a spherical joint shape. The support tube section 11 can be fitted by being merely inserted into the fitting hole 7 of the unit case 1. The base tube section 12 and the support tube section 11 can be connected when the spherical projection T of the base tube section 12 is merely inserted into the spherical recess R of the support tube section 11, and the degree of freedom on the direction of the base tube section 12 is improved.
