PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesiveness of a laminating thermoplastic film having water resistance and solvent resistance by providing an adhesive modified layer containing acid anhydride on at least one side of the thermoplastic film base material. SOLUTION: An adhesive modified layer containing acid anhydride is provided at least one side of a thermoplastic film base material. The adhesive modified layer is a resin copolymerized with the acid anhydride, and the acid anhydride copolymerized resin is, for example, one copolymerized with at least one kind of monomer containing acid anhydride having double bond to a hydrophobic or hydrophilic polyester resin, polyurethane resin, or acrylic resin. The most preferable resin is a polyester grafted copolymerized resin which is grafted with a polymerizable unsaturated monomer containing at least one monomer containing acid anhydride having double bond to a hydrophobic polyester resin, the acid value of which is preferably 600 eq/106 g or more.
