PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolysis type dephosphorization device enabling to obtain dephosphorus performance stabilized for a long period and enabling to use the device without exchange of an anode for a long period. SOLUTION: This patent is related to the electrolysis type dephosphorization device by which the anode 1 and a cathode 2 are immersed into discharge water containing a phosphorus component and power is supplied between the anode 1 and the cathode 2 to electrolyze and allow the phosphorus component to be hardly soluble in water and deposit. This device is constituted of an electrolytic operation part 1a having the anode 1 immersed into the water and allowed to be electrolyzed, and an electrolytic non-operation part 1b not immersed into water and not allowed to be electrolyzed, and an electrode material is fed from the electrolytic non-operation part 1b to the electrolytic operation part 1a. The electrode material is fed from the electrolytic non-operation part 1b to the electrolytic operation part 1a in accordance with the deterioration of the electrolytic performance to allow the electrolysis to stably perform.
