PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out correction of relatively soft, thin cylindrical metallic pipe curving such as an cylindrical metallic pipe for which annealing or normalizing is conducted. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a fixed frame 3, at least two rotary frames R1, R2, which are rotatably supported by the fixed frame 3 and have a rotary frame side penetration hole into which a cylindrical metallic pipe 1 is penetrated through, wherein the rotary shafts are linearly arranged so as to be co-axial, and a rotation driving device for rotating at least two frames R1, R2 in opposed directions respectively. Also, the plural number of the first correction rollers 20, second correction rollers 20' are provided on an outside face of the metallic pipe 1, which penetrates through the rotary frame side penetration hole, at positions displaced by 180 deg. in a circumferential direction respectively. They are supported by the frames R1, R2 so as to be pressed at pressing positions extending in the shaft direction and, have a concave face slanted by a given degree against the pipe 1 center line and are rotatable around a slanting axis line.
