PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw type withdrawal device in which high viscosity material that enters into a shaft seal part is prevented from being retrained for a long time and the retained material is prevented from flowing upstream toward a material takeout part to mix it with new material and the quality of the material taken out is always kept good. SOLUTION: This device is provided a screw 6 and a casing 13. The screw 6 has a screw part 3 for withdrawing material, a screw part 4 for first seal screwed in the same direction as the screw part 3, and a screw part 5 for second seal screwed in the reverse direction to the screw part 3 where screw parts are continued to each other. The casing 13 houses the screw 6 and also has a discharge part 12 opposite to a part 8 in which the screw parts 4, 5 for first and second seal are continued besides a material takeout part 11 opposite to an end part 3a of the screw part 3. The material which is withdrawn by the screw 6 and enters into a shaft seal part 9 is discharged from the discharged part 12 while it is taken in by the screw part 4 and is intercepted by the screw part 5 so that it does not flow upstream toward the takeout part 11.
