PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily settle the best positions of feet and a gold ball corresponding to a used golf club by simple constitution. SOLUTION: A first ruler part 2 in the shape f a thin and long plate is mounted on the gourd surface by setting its longitudinal direction to be along the hitting direction of the golf ball 8. A player stands by positioning the toes of feet 9a and 9b at first ruler part 2 in a best stance 9 corresponding to the golf club to use and marks the stance 9 at the first ruler part 2. A second ruler part 5 whose one end is pivoted to one end part of the first ruler part 2 is rotated to the position of the golf ball 8 mounted at the best position and the position of the golf ball 8 is marked. The best stance 9 and the position of the golf ball corresponding to the golf club to use are settled, thereby it is possible to practice in the best form at each stroke. Then, productivity is improved and a cost is reduced by simple structure.
