PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered sheet structure which allows the easy formation of bulges at arbitrary front surface points and allows the change of the bulge forming points, the correction of the degrees of the bulges, etc., any times at need. SOLUTION: The multilayered sheet structure 10 consist of an outer sheet 11, a net-like lining sheet 12 and sewing yarn 14 as joining means for partially joining the outer sheet and the lining sheet so as to form bag parts 13 between the outer sheet and the lining sheet. Padding 15 of cotton, wool, etc., is filled into the bag parts enclosed by the sewing yarn from the spacings of the mesh of the net-like lining sheet, by which the bulges 11b may be formed at the desired points on the surface of the outer sheet. Then, the easy manufacture of the kilt-like structure 17 is made possible.
