PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate an additional cook to make somen(thin Japanese noodles) flow and to eliminate the wasteful consumption of the somen by providing a flowing down member in the shape of a gutter for making somen and water flow and a resending part capable of resending the somen from in the somen and water flowing from its lower course end part to the upper end part of the flowing down member again. SOLUTION: The resending part 3 is capable of resending the somen S from in the somen and water W flowing from the lower course end part of the flowing down member 1 to the upper course end part of the flowing down member 1. This device is provided with a carrying part 4 in the shape of a pipe or a gutter which is capable of receiving and carrying the somen S and water W flowing from the lower course end part of the member 1 and a resending conveyer 5 capable of resending the somen S from in the somen S and water W sent from the part 4 to the upper course end part of the member 1 again. In addition, the device is provided with a water receiving container 6 which is capable of housing water flowing from the conveyer 5 and a water pump 7 capable of resending water W in it to the upper course end part of the member 1 again.
