PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device for a work bench, by which support legs can be fixed surely to a support base under an opened state while preventing looseness to the support base of the support legs and the work bench can be used under a stable state. SOLUTION: In a pair of bridging bodies 42a, 42b constituting the fixing device 41, one end is coupled rotatably by a connecting shaft 45, and the other end is installed rotatably to the support base 12 and support leg 26 of the work bench 11 by shafts 48. The connecting shaft 45 is displaced in the direction on the reverse side to the direction that both bridging bodies 42a, 42b are folded up from the upper section of a line tying both shafts 48 under the state, in which the support leg 26 is opened. Abutting sections 49 are formed at one end sections of both bridging bodies 42a, 42b, the rotation of both bridging bodies 42a, 42b is controlled, and the state, in which the support leg 26 is opened, is fixed.
