PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of bacterial, mold, and algae even at a place where temperature and humidity are high or usually water is splashed, in an elastic paver which is obtained by binding soft elastic aggregate single substance or soft elastic aggregate and hard aggregate with resin binder. SOLUTION: At least one kind of an anti bacteria agent, an anti fungal agent, and an anti alga agent as the medical agent of organic system is added to the resin binder of an elastic paver. Soft elastic aggregate single substance such as rubber chip or mixture of soft elastic aggregate and hard aggregate such as natural stone is used as aggregate to ensure a suitable cushion property.
