PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent cracks on front and rear surfaces of a sheetlike object and burr of a printing surface of the sheetlike object by arranging a first moving and operating means moving a sheet pressing part in the vertical direction on an upper side of a guide member and arranging a second moving and operating means moving a rotary blade in the vertical direction on the lower side of the guide member. SOLUTION: A slitter 1 elongates an air cylinder 14 of a pressing mechanism 6, moves a pressing plate 13 downward and presses a corrugated board sheet on a guide member 7 by a roller 17. An air cylinder 9 adjusting upper and lower locations of a disc-shaped cutter 5 is elongated and the disc-shaped cutter 5 is moved upward up to a cutting location of the corrugated board sheet, revolving the disc-shaped cutter 5. At this time, the corrugated board sheet held between the guide member 7 and the pressing plate 13 is cut because a blade part 5a of the disc-shaped cutter 5 enters into a groove part of the pressing plate 13. As a result, burr is not generated on a printing surface of the corrugated board sheet, irregularity is not generated in printing at the time of whole surface printing and quality of products can be improved.
