PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhalate a precisely adjusted quantity of medicine by simple operation by providing the device with a tightly closed container capable of packing an aerosol quantity set in advance and a control means for adjusting the flow of inhalation so as to pull out aerosol from the container to inhalation dose to lungs. SOLUTION: A mouth piece 12 is disposed in a nearly tightly closed housing 11 and a nearly tightly closed container (balloon) 15 is disposed in the housing 11 by connecting with this mouth piece 12. In addition, the housing 11 is provided with a critical valve 13 restricting the flow of air between the inside and outside of the housing 11 and a valve 14 opening only in a direction of discharging air in the housing 11 to the outside. The container 15 is filled with aerosol through the mouth piece 12 so as to expand by the filling and so as to deflate when a patient inhalates the aerosol from the mouth piece 12. At the time of using the device, the aerosol is inhalated by holding a handle attached to the housing 11 with a hand and keeping the mouth piece 12 is his/her mouth.
