MANUFACTURE OF LIQUID JET RECORDING HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing a liquid jet recording head which can eject a micro liquid drop required for high definition recording stably at a high speed. SOLUTION: A resin top plate 1002 provided with grooves for liquid channel is pasted onto a substrate (heater board) 1001 and a film 1010 laminated with an adhesive layer 1011 is pasted thereto on the adhesive layer 1011 side thus forming an orifice plate as thin as 3-20μm. It is then irradiated with laser light in order to make ink ejection holes and the film 1010 is stripped to obtain a liquid jet recording head. The adhesive layer 1011 is preferably composed of epoxy resin and a UV curing or UV/thermal curing adhesive containing aromatic onium salt, and phenoxy resin is also contained preferably as binder.
