PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manhours of transport and installation works and to avoid involvement with other works by attaching and temporarily fixing apparatus on a steel frame, by setting the both of them to an integrated module body, transporting it to an installation place by transportation such as a vehicle, and fixing the module body to an installation structure. SOLUTION: A turbine generator 13 is attached to a steel frame 20 in a prescribed alignment in a manufacturing plant so as to be a module body 50. The module body 50 temporarily fixed on a frame 53 of a transportation such as a ship in its integrated state is transported to an installation place and in the installation place, the module body 50 still in its integrated state is installed on a support frame of a building by setting spring bodies 40 and dampers 30 to required damping characteristics. The turbine generator 13 undergone a test drive in the manufacturing plant is thus transported as the module body 50 integrated with the steel frame 20 and can be installed in a structure without detached therefrom. This constitution can eliminate adjustment in installation avoid involvement with other equipment, and improve the installation efficiency.
