PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a method of rolling forging and cutting so as to reduce manufacturing cost by fixing second mass with a repeated bent part to first mass rigidly fixed to an elastic body, to form mass. SOLUTION: In a torsional damper, second mass 2 with a repeatedly bent part is fitted to the outer peripheral edge side of first mass 1, and the first mass 1 is formed of an iron plate of nearly ring shape fitted to a plate 3 through vulcanization-bonded rubber material 4, and installed in a pair on both sides of the plate 3. The second mass 2 is formed of an iron plate of almost ring shape and has a bent part with the inner peripheral edge side bent outward and with the outer peripheral edge side bent inward. The second mass 2 is fixed in a state of externally abutting the first mass 1 and welded at an inner peripheral edge part A. Two of the second mass 2 are arranged in lateral symmetry and integrated being welded at an abutting edge part B. A suitable viscous fluid L is filled in space surrounded by the mass 1, 2 and rubber material 4.
