<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding body added with a natural object which produces a small amount of ash left after being burnt and well disperses in a resin, as a filler. SOLUTION: A raw material is prepared by mixing 5-60 wt.% of buckwheat flour except its flour having the particle size of 0.5 mm or more to a thermoplastic resin with the thermoplastic resin. After that, the resultant raw material is fed to a molder so as to extrusion-mold or the like under the state being heated up to 160-250 deg.C in order to manufacture a resin molding body. Since the resin molding body to be obtained can be mixed with a large number of the buckwheat flour, the amount of a resin can be reduced. Since the ash content of the buckwheat itself is small, the amount of ash left after being burnt is extremely small, resulting in realizing the resin molding body, which is easily disposable and very soft to environment.</p> |
