PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a seal water cylinder to be taken out through a gap lower than the whole height of the seal water cylinder by providing the seal water cylinder formed of an upper cylinder made of a rigid material and a lower cylinder formed of a deformable flexible material and bending the lower cylinder of the seal water cylinder. SOLUTION: A lower cylinder 3 formed of a bendable flexible material has a little smaller inner diameter than the outer diameter of the lower end of an upper cylinder 2. The opening of the lower cylinder 3 is widened to increase the diameter and the lower end of the upper cylinder 2 is fitted into the opening. This seal water cylinder 1 is fitted from the upper side of a trap body 5. When it is necessary to not only pull up the seal water cylinder 1 but also pass it through a gap between an installed body and a floor, even if the whole height of the seal water cylinder 1 is larger than the height of the gap on taking out the seal water cylinder 1, since the lower cylinder 3 of the seal water cylinder 1 is made of a flexible material, the cylinder 1 can be taken out through the gap by deforming the lower cylinder 3.
