PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a sufficient sealing property and to shrink the vertical size of an air conditioner case by forming the air conditioner case and an intake/exhaust duct into a split type, and applying a spigot structure between a junction on the air conditioner case side and a junction on the intake/exhaust side. SOLUTION: A junction 11 is provided around a nearly square opening 10 provided at the bottom section of the lower case 4b of an air conditioner case 4, and recesses 12, 12 are formed on two opposite pieces 11a, 11c of the junction 11. A junction 16 is provided around an opening 15 formed on the upper face of a foot duct 8, and projections 17 connected to the pieces 16a, 16b, 16c of the junction 16 are formed. When the foot duct 8 is to be connected to the air conditioner case 4, the left sides of the projections 17, 17 of the junction 16 are inserted and slid into the recesses 12, 12 of the junction 11 as a spigot connection, and hook tools 24, 24 can be inserted and held into hook tools 13, 13. The foot duct 8 and the air conditioner case 4 can be accurately connected and reliably positioned, and a sufficient sealing property is attained.
