PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the bending processing of a sheet laminated metal panel excellent in design properties without breaking a sheet-like material. SOLUTION: This metal panel is constituted by laminating a sheet-like material 3 on the surface of a metal panel 1 with a thickness of t (mm) through a self-adhesive layer 2. In this case, grooves with a width of 1.0-5.0 t (mm) and a depth of 0.2-0.8 t (mm) are provided to the rear surface of the metal panel along a line subjected to bending processing to obtain a grooved sheet laminated metal plate.
