PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a honeycomb structure cushion at a high efficiency. SOLUTION: An adhesive material is partially applied in a slender form to paper pieces 108 obtained by cutting paper 100 and the cut paper pieces 108 are laminated by stacking them with the slenderly applied adhesive material. Further, the laminated paper pieces 108 are cut in a striplike form as parts and are turned 90 deg. in their direction, and these parts are connected together to form a honeycomb structure and then a cover is bonded to both upper and lower faces of the structure to obtain a master form. Thus the honeycomb structure cushion can be efficiently manufactured by cutting the master form and thereby creating a cushion of arbitrarily selected size.
