摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a plate thickness off gauge at the time of winding by controlling a last stand roll gap in a manner to prevent a plate thickness varia tion due to an excess tension being generated when the plate tip end part is wound based on a relationship between a wind tension variation quantity being detected when the plate is wound and an exist side plate thickness variation quantity of the last stand. SOLUTION: A process calculator 10 calculates an effect factor-T/M of the last stand roll gap changing formula before a tip end of a target coil is cut, and transfer the result thereof to a rolling mill control device 20. The control device 20 tracks the tip end of the target coil from a timing when it is cut, measures a winding tension at a timing when the winding is started by the winding machine 3. Making this data as a criterion, a winding tension is always measured until the winding is completed, a variation value from the criterion value is computed and the device 20 computes the last stand roll gap changing value correspondingly. This computed result is always transferred to a pressurization control device 30 so as to change the last stand roll gap.</p>
