PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unique spiral spring type winder excellent in practical use. SOLUTION: A spiral spring type winder 5 includes a winding rotational mover 3 capable of winding and storing in a case 1 a long material 2 such as a hose, a cord and a rope in a pull-out possible manner and a spiral spring structure 4 for energizing the winding rotational mover 3 to the direction of winding and rotationally moving the long material 2, the winding rotational mover 3 being provided in the case 1 in a self-rotationally movable manner and the spiral spring structure 4 being provided in the case 1 in the condition that it is prohibited from being self-rotationally moved with the self-rotational movement of the winding rotational mover 3.
