PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent an unfair practice by the alternation of a circuit substrate by loading a single transmitting direction regulating means for making only the input of a signal from a game control substrate available, on a fame side control substrate controlling a frame side mechanism portion on the basis of a signal from the game control substrate. SOLUTION: The display control command data is outputted from an output port 571 of an I/O port in a game control substrate 31, and inputted to a display control CPU 101 through a buffer circuit 105 in a display control substrate 80. Further, a strobing singal is outputted from a pit of an output port 572 in synchronization with the output from an output port 57, and the signal is inputted to the display control CPU 101. An enable terminal of each buffer of the buffer circuit 105 is constantly provided with low level, and the output level of each buffer is defined by a signal level from the game control substrate 31, so that the transmission of the unfair practice signal to the game control substrate 31 side from the display control substrate 80 side can be prevented.
